Cancellation Policy​

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. However, once your order is placed, it enters our processing system quickly, and cancellations can only be made under certain circumstances:​

1. Cancellation Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at cancellation@unvfoods.com

•  If the order is still in processing, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

    2. Cancellation After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can initiate a return or            exchange once the item is delivered, as per our Return and Exchange Policy.

    3. Please note: If the cancellation request is received after the item has been shipped, we are unable to stop the shipment.
